Instead, we use ceiling fans, portable air-conditioning units, and keep windows and doors open for ventilation.All towels, bed linen, etc. are included.By prior arrangement, a 7-seater second-hand car is available for short journeys, included in the price. The driver must be over 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence. Any speeding fines or penalty points must be accepted by the driver.Legal and Contractual ConditionsAs this property is not officially registered as a “rental property”, certain legal conditions must be included in the contract.The contract states that you are renting a room, which is fully legal and avoids the need for a tourist licence.
Please be assured that you will have exclusive use of the entire house, with no other occupants. All details will be clearly specified in the contract.You must use our cleaner, who will visit the property once per week at a cost of €50 per visit, payable by you.
Our pool maintenance company will visit every Friday to test the water, at no cost to you.A €2,000 security deposit is required and will, of course, be refunded within a few days after departure.The owners’ personal belongings are stored in the garage.
